Partho is a leading Entrepreneur who created and led two similar SAP and Salesforce consulting startups as CEO over the past 15 years, both of which created significant client, citizen and shareholder value. After working for significant global multinationals like IBM, Tata and Siemens, he deployed best practices from industry and laser focused client skills to create highly efficient organisations. He has been recognised through industry awards like Sunday Times Fast Track, IoD award et al. 

Partho is the Chair of the Innoverv Board. Known popularly as ‘Mr O’ to us (when he is not within earshot). He brings a wealth of experience to Innoverv and guides the executive team on how to make the business successful. 

Innoverv is Partha’s brainchild, as the CEO he will act as an anchor of the Executive team. A world-renowned leader in Technology transformation, Partha is a disruptive thinker and an experienced business captain. He takes pride in helping his clients be successful, having served Heineken, ABB, Nestle, NG, Imperial, Unilever and others over the years for PwC as a pioneer of Digital Transformation in Europe and as IBM’s SAP Leader globally. 

A trail blazing Woman in Tech Leader, and one of the quickest ever ‘Graduate-to-Partner’ within the Big 4 firms, Jo is an award winning expert in digital transformation and people-centric business change.

At INNOVERV, she is at the heart of our business, leading our client engagements and market propositions as an Operating Partner. Whilst bringing to life our tagline – “big enough to MATTER, small enough to CARE”.

Along with delighting our clients, Jo champions INNOVERV’s inclusion principles and shapes our culture of collaboration and care. As a young Mum herself, Jo shows us every day that you can do what you love, while being a great parent!

An IIT and IIM alumni, he leads our team in India. Having played various senior executive roles in a premier global consulting company, nobody understands integrated technology deployment better than him. Widely respected for his leadership and eminence in the industry, he setup and led a 1000+ delivery team in India. As the successful delivery leader of the world’s largest S/4HANA programme currently underway at a well-known consumer products giant, he will be the beating heart of the INNOVERV’s delivery engine, forever ready with that impish smile of his to keep your complex technology programmes safe and sound! 

She is INNOVERV’s unwavering compass, infusing energy and dedication into client engagements with precision. She fosters an innovative culture, propelling teams towards remarkable outcomes to achieve clients’ strategic goals. She successfully delivered S/4HANA across 40 countries recently for a major CPG company and previously helped a large UK business divest with stringent regulatory deadlines.

Educated at IIT, IIM and Cornell, he is our technology guru and Chief Technology Officer. Abhraneel’s favourite hunting ground is Life Science and Consumer, though he is a force to reckon with in most domains. With 20+ years of experience in global technology firms, he combines client leadership with practice building. A much-loved people leader with an eye for technology risk management, we often rely on him to stress-test our ideas. Sometimes an angry young man, he can shred our best thinking with consummate ease! His body of work helps him build client relationships and form insights that makes him eminent in the S4HANA and related Cloud technologies domain. Prior to joining INNOVERV Abhraneel led SAP capability at a Global SI.

Georgina brings distinctive and modern thinking to the way AI and SAP S/4HANA are implemented by ensuring people are at the heart of the transformation. Having been a previous academic, she keeps everyone sharp when it comes to putting people first. A business change leader joining us from a major consultancy, she loves a challenge and is at the forefront of INNOVERV’s thinking when it comes to AI powered change.

As a world leader in Finance transformation and S/4HANA Central Finance – Stefan brings technical know-how, functional experience, and inspiring leadership.

As former Principal CFO Advisor for SAP at their Waldorf 30bnStefan has deep connections inside the SAP product team and into leading CFIN implementations worldwide. His Accenture experience equipped him with know-how on setting up these challenging programmes for success.
And having recently led a major CFIN programme for a $30bn CPG client, he appreciates what it takes to deliver these transformations from the client perspective.
