The Role
INNOVERV are seeking an Architect with a deep understanding of supply chain processes and the ability to align these processes with the capabilities of SAP S/4 HANA. Key specialisms sought include: Consulting, Delivery, Leadership, Solutioning, and Pre-Sales.

Key Skills
- Strong in: S4 HANA Supply Chain Management / S4 HANA Inventory Management, S4 HANA Extended Warehouse Management / warehouse Management, S4 HANA Transportation Management.
- Strong client facing skill. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Hands on experience in problem resolution and Strong ability to analyse business requirements and design appropriate solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges during the design and implementation phases
Preferred
- Skill in any one or multiple of these areas: S4 HANA Stock Room Management, S4 HANA Procurement, SAP IBP, SAP / Non SAP Track and Trace solutions.
- Domain understanding of one or multiple of following areas: Supply chain Planning, Procurement. Track and Trace etc.
- Knowledge of supply chain best practices: SCOR framework, APQC framework etc.
- Knowledge of supply process modelling, preferably with experience in leading process modelling tools like ARIS
- Experience in SD outbound to EWM
- SD – Plan to Produce , specially Variant Configuration
- Salesforces – Order Management Integration ( Quote to Order , Contract , Opportunity , etc
- OTM/TMS-SD integration knowledge
Core Responsibilities

Your Profile
- ~12-15 years of SAP S/4HANA Supply chain experience
- Good domain experience of Supply Chain and Logistics processes covering Warehousing, Transport, Inventory Management etc. Understanding of supply chain processes and best practices across various industries.
- Integration experience with best of breed supply chain solutions like Oracle Transport Management, Manhattan Warehouse Management or other 3rd party / custom built warehousing and transport solutions.
- Can design end to end processes in areas like inbound and Outbound logistics across multiple SAP and Non-SAP applications through close interactions with business and IT – Skill in requirement gathering, running workshops, mapping requirements to right applications, scoping etc.
- Experience in building S4 HANA business case, high level value proposition, supply chain KPI analysis, writing Request for Proposal for Supply chain solution implementation, defining high level solution architecture etc.
- Experience in Industries like Consumer Industry, Pharma, Complex engineering, Manufacturing etc.
