The Role
INNOVERV are seeking a US-based SAP Project Manager to join our team, to support our Global client with their S/4HANA implementation journey.
Here we’re seeking an experienced S/4HANA programme manager, with in-depth knowledge of SAP systems (ideally also BAAN ERP) and a proven track record in managing and delivering complex S/4HANA programmes. We’d love applications from those with experience across Consulting, Delivery, Leadership, Solutioning, and Pre-Sales.
You will have a passion for all things technology and AI, with an innovative mindset, and the verve to go beyond the current ‘possible’. You will be someone who is obsessed with creating client value, with a desire to be the best in your field, learn new skills and be part of a team who values you for you.
This role is US-based, with weekly travel to the client site in Missouri.
Key Skills
- Experience project managing full cycle SAP S/4HANA and SAP MDG.
- Strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies, including SAP Activate, Agile and/or Waterfall
- Experience in Distribution Centres and Manufacturing Industries is also desirable
Key Skills
- ~10+ years of SAP S/4HANA implementation, minimum 3x end-to-end S/4HANA implementations, preferable with Distribution Centre implementation expertise
- Minimum of 10 years in the SAP domain, including hands-on functional experience is desirable, including SAP MDG
- Experience in Consulting Big 4/SI is desirable
- Excellent Team Management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, should be comfortable interacting with clients daily
- Strong work ethic and time management – the ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and a high degree of professionalism to tackle client needs
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to problem solve and execute independently
- Top academic pedigree from a Tier 1/reputed institution
- English language skills on native speaking level required
