The Role
INNOVERV are seeking an experienced and dynamic SAP S/4 HANA candidate having a deep understanding of SAP S/4 HANA and extensive experience in training, change management, and end-user enablement. This role is crucial for ensuring successful knowledge transfer and adoption of SAP S/4 HANA solutions across the organization. The SAP S/4 HANA Training Lead will design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs, tailored to meet the diverse needs of stakeholders.

You will be someone who is obsessed with creating client value, with a desire to be the best in your field, learn new skills and be part of a team who values you for you.
Key Skills
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA modules and functionalities.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with various training delivery methods, including classroom, virtual, and e-learning.
- Familiarity with change management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in creating training materials using tools such as SAP Enable Now, Articulate, Camtasia, or similar.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Certification in SAP S/4 HANA is highly desirable.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging training programs, including instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning formats.
- Collaborate with project teams, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to identify training needs and objectives.
- Create training materials, manuals, job aids, and other instructional resources to support learning objectives.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users, super-users, and key stakeholders to ensure a deep understanding of SAP S/4 HANA functionalities.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.
What we require
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in SAP training, with a strong focus on SAP S/4 HANA.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs for large-scale SAP implementations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Adaptable and open to new ideas and feedback.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Passionate about continuous learning and professional development.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality training experiences to ensure successful SAP S/4 HANA adoption.
