The Role
This senior role requires an eminent thought leader in SAP Materials Management & Ariba, with extensive expertise in Consulting, Delivery, Solutioning, Pre-Sales and proposition/asset development.
You will have a love for all things technology and AI, with an innovative mindset, and the verve to go beyond the current ‘possible’. You will be someone who is obsessed with creating client value, with a desire to be the best in your field, learn new skills and be part of a team who values you for you.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the Pre-Sales cycle involving qualifying opportunities, solutioning & estimation, creating the value proposition/ differentiators and lead/ participate in RFX responses and Orals.
- Conduct assessments and create business case for client roadmaps to Ariba or SAP S/4HANA focusing on Sourcing & Procurement
- Lead Design phase for Ariba or SAP S/4HANA transformational engagements focusing on Sourcing & Procurement
- Lead/ Manage E2E delivery for SAP S/4HANA transformational engagements focusing on Sourcing & Procurement
- Strengthen the SAP Ariba or S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement practice by engaging with delivery teams, driving trainings, demos etc.
- Identify, prioritize, qualify and build SAP Sourcing & Procurement solutions with market and industry perspectives.
- Mentor a team of SAP Sourcing & Procurement practitioners for all the above .
What we require
- ~15-20 years of SAP Materials Management & Ariba experience
- At least 5 end-to-end Ariba or 2 end-to-end S/4HANA implementations completed.
- Deep understanding of Ariba (upstream and downstream) and integration scenarios with S/4HANA and ECC
- Deep understanding of S/4HANA value proposition against ECC
- Deep understanding of Green/Brown/Bluefield implementation methodologies
- Knowledge of procurement lifecycle, supplier networks, and catalogue management
- Good understanding of AI & Automation solutions in the Sourcing & Procurement area
- Excellent team management skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to problem solve and execute independently.
- Educational background from a top-tier institution
Key Skills
- SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA Procurement (MM), having both is ideal.
- Deep understanding of procurement and supplier management processes
- Proficient in sourcing, procurement, and supplier collaboration
